Water Tower used to be a Portland band, until they moved to Los Angeles.

In this specific instance, the song is referring to leaving Portland Oregon. 

The second song is a Spacemen 3 Cover song called "Come Down Easy." 

What do you think about the weird affects on the video? 

I think it kinda makes me dizzy at the start, but after that everything feels mellow again.
