 LA Bluegrass/Old-Time band Smoke Holler smokes us hollow LA is proving to be a hot-bed of traditional music.  Illustrated by Smoke Holler and their powerful brand of Old-Time music.  Pictured below they are on a bridge in Zion, Utah.  They recently played at legendary local restaurant of Springdale area of Utah, The Bit and Spur. Bluegrass "Riptide" at the saloon Water Tower decided to take a drive out to the old desert. Sometimes the speed of life in LA gets to be all too much for these boys. So they get together in the privacy of their own desert saloon in order to share music with YOU. Here they cover the famous Vance Joy song, "Riptide".  Did you enjoy this cover? Kenny Feinstein releases first original song of his solo career ! Hey y'all, If you haven't guessed. I am Kenny lol... I never intended to release my personal songs for anyone other than my friends and family.  Part of the reason was that it felt too personal to share.  LA bluegrass punk band plays in the river. Water Tower used to be a Portland band, until they moved to Los Angeles. We have the debut of their LA River Bed performance! The first song in this two-song medley is "Town" which is about the need to leave a town. In this specific instance, the song is referring to leaving Portland Oregon.  The second song is a Spacemen 3 Cover song called "Come Down Easy."   What do you think about the weird affects on the video?  I think it kinda makes me dizzy at the start, but after that everything feels mellow again.
